Bone age advancement should be evaluated based on the child's actual age and developmental status to determine whether intervention is necessary. If the child is relatively young with rapid growth—growing more than 5 cm in a year—intervention is usually not required. However, if the child is older and has limited growth potential, growth hormone therapy may be needed under a doctor's guidance. Additionally, children should improve their nutrition by consuming more fresh meat, eggs, dairy products, vegetables, and fruits. They should also engage in regular physical exercise, such as basketball, jumping rope, or high jumps, which can help accelerate height growth.
