What are the symptoms of iron deficiency anemia-related heart disease?

Patients with mild anemic heart disease typically present with symptoms of anemia, such as weakness, dizziness, fatigue, poor appetite, tinnitus, and visual darkening. Generally, they do not experience cardiac discomfort. In patients with moderate anemia, symptoms become significantly worse, and high-output, low-resistance hyperdynamic circulation symptoms appear. These patients often feel discomfort in the chest area. Severely anemic patients, in addition to their anemia-related symptoms, will also develop a series of symptoms indicating cardiac dysfunction.
