Severe anemia but no apparent physical symptoms
Disease description:
I haven't felt any symptoms. Every morning at six, I feel reasonably energetic. Suddenly someone told me I have severe anemia. I'd like to ask, how can anemia be diagnosed?
Mild anemia patients present with dizziness, fatigue, mild shortness of breath, and palpitations. Moderate anemia patients exhibit pallor of the skin and mucous membranes, mild lower limb edema, obvious shortness of breath, palpitations, limb weakness, tinnitus, dizziness, vertigo, and increased heart rate. In severe cases, these symptoms worsen and may lead to symptoms of anemic heart disease and loss of work capacity.
