Skin manifestations of leukemia include purpura, ecchymoses, and petechiae on the skin and mucous membranes, as well as some specific presentations. The most common are cutaneous nodules, which are typically red or purple, slightly elevated above the skin surface. Some nodules may coalesce into plaque-like lesions and can lead to hemorrhagic lesions. If nodules continue to enlarge, they may develop into ulcers. It is recommended to maintain a balanced diet, avoid spicy and irritating foods, and ensure adequate rest.
