What to eat for anemia and hypoglycemia
Disease description:
I've always had hypoglycemia, and during my physical exam yesterday I was diagnosed with anemia. I'd like to know what I should eat for both anemia and low blood sugar.
Anemia and hypoglycemia can be managed by consuming foods such as pork liver, eggs, and candies.
1. Pork liver: Rich in vitamins, trace elements, and minerals, pork liver effectively supplies the iron needed by the body and is beneficial for improving anemia.
2. Eggs: Eggs are rich in protein, iron, and various vitamins. People with anemia or hypoglycemia can eat eggs in moderation to boost immunity and replenish body heat.
3. Candies: Candies contain a high amount of sugar. When individuals with anemia or hypoglycemia experience symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue, and excessive sweating, eating a moderate amount of candy can quickly relieve discomfort.
