Additionally, conditions like AIDS should also be considered. Patients can select appropriate drug treatments based on the underlying cause. Clinically, low absolute lymphocyte count may be accompanied by symptoms such as pallor, fatigue, dizziness, palpitations, shortness of breath, skin hemorrhages, and gum bleeding.
