Since I developed gastric ptosis, I've experienced numbness in my tongue, some pain when eating, worsening foot odor, and a very dry mouth and tongue. Could gastric ptosis cause glossitis?

Gastropexy does not cause glossitis; glossitis is caused by infections or other influencing factors. If you have glossitis, it can be treated with Huangliang Shangqing tablets and amoxicillin. Avoid spicy foods and stick to a light diet, which can be helpful.
