What causes one-sided headache and head fullness?
Disease description:
I don't know what the reason is, but one side of my head has been hurting continuously. What could be causing a throbbing headache on one side of the head?
One-sided headaches may be caused by conditions such as migraines or high blood pressure. Migraine is a chronic neurological and vascular disorder that stimulates blood vessels and nerves on one side of the head, leading to severe pulsating pain and recurrent headache episodes. If blood pressure rises, it can also cause a feeling of fullness or pain in one side of the head. It is advisable to drink warm water regularly and consume more semi-liquid foods, such as meat and vegetable porridge, noodle soup, lotus root powder, steamed egg custard, and egg drop soup.
