Headache and cold feet are generally caused by conditions such as fever or anemia in patients. Common diseases include viral influenza, pneumonia, urinary tract infections, acute suppurative tonsillitis, iron-deficiency anemia, and hemorrhagic shock. Patients with these conditions should receive timely treatment targeting the underlying cause. For example, when experiencing fever, they should drink plenty of warm water. If body temperature exceeds 38°C, antipyretic medications such as ibuprofen or sodium diclofenac may be taken.
