If a concussion may have caused mild nerve damage and symptoms are not severe, actively cooperate with treatment or pay attention to rest until symptoms resolve. For mild concussions, recovery usually takes about ten days, at most around one month. If symptoms persist beyond three months, seek medical treatment promptly. In cases of mild concussion accompanied by headache or numbness, a CT scan should be performed to diagnose potential intracranial hemorrhage. If any bleeding is detected, immediate hemostasis is necessary to prevent more serious consequences.
