At 32 weeks pregnant, I went to the hospital for a prenatal checkup, and the doctor said I have too much amniotic fluid and the baby is in an abnormal position. What should I do about excessive amniotic fluid and abnormal fetal position at 32 weeks of pregnancy?

At 32 weeks of pregnancy, polyhydramnios and abnormal fetal position are present; it is recommended to let nature take its course. Generally, around 30 weeks of gestation, the fetal position becomes fixed. At 32 weeks, the fetal position is usually stable. If the fetus is in a breech presentation at this stage, it indicates an abnormal fetal position. Allowing things to proceed naturally does not necessarily mean a cesarean section will be required. When full term is reached and labor begins, if the fetus is relatively small, the maternal pelvis size is adequate, and uterine contractions are good, vaginal delivery may generally be considered. However, the likelihood of requiring a cesarean section remains high.
