Patients with anxiety disorder can take oryzanol. Oryzanol is an important substance that regulates autonomic nerve and endocrine functions, primarily acting on the autonomic nervous system and endocrine centers of the hypothalamus. Therefore, if used appropriately, it can be combined with certain medications for treatment, such as sertraline or paroxetine. For mild anxiety symptoms, sedative medications such as Jieyu Anshen Granules may be taken.
