What does it mean if the endometrium is 10mm thick but menstruation hasn't occurred?

Disease description:

I haven't had my period for the past few weeks, so I used a pregnancy test strip and confirmed that I wasn't pregnant. I then went to the hospital for an examination and found that my endometrial thickness was 10mm. Why haven't I gotten my period despite having a 10mm endometrial lining?

An endometrial thickness of 10 mm without menstruation may be caused by conditions such as pregnancy, endocrine disorders, endometrial lesions, or ovarian cysts. If pregnancy has been ruled out, it is recommended to drink warm brown sugar water orally for three consecutive days, one bowl per day. Brown sugar water helps dispel cold, warm the uterus, and promote menstruation. If menstruation does not occur after three days, it is recommended to take progesterone once daily, two tablets each time, for three consecutive days. Menstruation should occur within 3–7 days after stopping the medication. As progesterone capsules may cause dizziness in clinical use, they must be taken orally before bedtime to avoid dizziness.
