Anterior leg bone pain cannot rule out trauma. Surgical treatment is recommended for definitive diagnosis, and Huoxue Zhitong Capsules combined with Diclofenac (Dai Fen) can be used for treatment. Generally, anterior tibial pain is often caused by inflammation of the tibial tuberosity. Pain in the front of the lower leg may result from the patellar ligament pulling on the tibial tuberosity, causing discomfort. There are many causes of anterior leg bone pain, including external factors and excessive adduction of the lower limbs. Both colds and overactivity can exacerbate the condition.
