There are many symptoms of cerebral infarction, because brain tissue has highly complex functions. Therefore, depending on the specific area damaged by the infarction, symptoms may vary.具体如下:
1. If the cerebral infarction affects the areas controlling the hands and feet—what we call the corticospinal tract—patients may experience hemiplegia.
2. If the infarction involves the regions responsible for sensation in the limbs or entire body—known as the spinothalamic tract—patients may develop mild hemiparesis, light hemiplegia, or sensory deficits.
