For spleen deficiency with excessive dampness, it is generally not recommended to take Guipi Wan or Jianpi Wan. These two traditional Chinese medicines can usually only improve superficial symptoms but are not effective in eliminating dampness. Therefore, in cases of spleen deficiency with significant dampness, medications such as Renshen Jianpi Wan or Shenling Baizhu San may be used for regulation under the guidance of a physician.
