What is the difference between wind-cold感冒 and wind-heat感冒 in pregnant women?
Disease description:
I'm three months pregnant and have had a slight cold these past two days. I'm not sure whether it's a cold due to wind-cold or wind-heat. I would like to know what the differences are between wind-cold and wind-heat感冒 in pregnant women.
Pregnant women with wind-cold type colds typically experience chills, mild fever, headache, or body aches. Some patients may also have symptoms such as coughing up thin, white phlegm, nasal congestion, and clear, watery nasal discharge. Wind-heat type colds usually present with noticeable fever, a sensation of fullness or headache, and some patients may additionally develop red and swollen throat, coughing up yellowish or white sticky phlegm, and thirst.
