Child vomiting and abdominal pain

Abdominal pain accompanied by vomiting in children is usually caused by acute gastroenteritis, consumption of contaminated food, or bacterial or viral infections. The underlying cause should be identified and treated accordingly. If the condition is due to indigestion, dietary adjustments and administration of digestive aids may be helpful. If it results from bacterial infection, appropriate antibiotics should be used based on sensitivity. Additionally, it is important to maintain hydration and replenish fluids and electrolytes.
