The possibility of no bleeding during tooth extraction depends on the condition of the tooth. If the root of the tooth is healthy, there may be no bleeding during extraction, as the tooth root itself does not contain blood vessels, so no blood flows out during removal. The absence of bleeding could also occur if the blood vessels in the tooth root have already been severed during extraction, preventing bleeding. Additionally, lack of bleeding might result from damage-induced narrowing of the blood vessels in the tooth root prior to extraction, thereby reducing or stopping blood flow.
