Whether women with gynecological inflammation can receive the cervical cancer vaccine mainly depends on the type and severity of the inflammation. Women with gynecological inflammation can get vaccinated against cervical cancer once the inflammation has been properly treated and controlled. However, if they have severe conditions such as acute pelvic inflammatory disease or acute cervicitis, vaccination is not recommended until the inflammation has subsided, as the body's resistance and immunity are lower during active inflammation, which might exacerbate immune responses. If HPV testing is positive, HPV vaccination should not be administered immediately. It is advisable to consult a doctor before vaccination and make decisions based on individual circumstances.
