您好，远视眼的Symptoms注意是容易引起视力疲劳，出现视力减退的现象，出现内斜视等Symptoms，远视眼Patient在看远处或者是近处事物的时候都会出现比较模糊的现象，总是感觉看东西不够清楚。远视眼Patient还可能会出现头疼，容易出现结膜充血的现象，容易流眼泪等。希望我的回答能够帮到您，祝您身体Health。
