Phimosis or tight foreskin: Both conditions can promote bacterial growth and accumulation of secretions under the foreskin, leading to infection and abscess formation. 3. Sebaceous cyst or folliculitis: Blockage of sebaceous glands or bacterial infection of hair follicles may result in abscesses, accompanied by local redness, swelling, and pain. 4.
