How is redundant prepuce (phimosis) defined?

Phimosis mainly refers to a condition in which the glans penis remains completely or partially covered by the foreskin even when the penis is fully erect. Specifically, phimosis includes the following characteristics:
1. Foreskin covering the glans: When the penis is flaccid, the foreskin covers the glans or most of the glans, so that the glans cannot be exposed or only a small portion becomes visible.
2. Difficulty in retracting the foreskin: The foreskin opening is relatively small. Although the foreskin can be retracted to expose the glans, the process is difficult, or after retraction, it cannot return to its original position naturally.
3. Tight or narrow foreskin opening: The foreskin orifice is tight, requiring significant effort to retract the foreskin behind the coronal sulcus, or after retraction, the narrowed opening may interfere with normal urination.
4. Abnormal urination: During urination, the foreskin balloons outward like a sac, causing difficulty in urination.
