Tinea cruris (jock itch): scrotal moisture may trigger this fungal infection, primarily presenting as itching on the upper inner thighs, genital area, and groin, accompanied by small papules, vesicles, and scaling. 4. Candidiasis (yeast infection): penile itching associated with red papules and white scaling. 5. Prostatitis: scrotal moisture is one of the typical symptoms of chronic prostatitis; long-term untreated cases may lead to worsening inflammation. 6.
