When white blood cells and neutrophils are low, the following measures can be taken:

2. Adjust diet: Diet should mainly consist of清淡 diet with high protein, high vitamins, and low fat, such as eggs, milk, lean meat, etc., which helps enhance immunity.
3. Medication: If caused by bacterial infection, antibiotics such as amoxicillin capsules or levofloxacin capsules are required. For immunosuppressive diseases, medications such as cyclophosphamide tablets or cyclosporine soft capsules can be used. Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor can also promote the proliferation and differentiation of bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells into mature granulocytes.
4. Blood transfusion: When white blood cell count is extremely low and medication proves ineffective, blood transfusion may be considered.
