1. For children aged 1 year and older weighing less than 15 kg, the usual dose is 30 mg per administration, twice daily.
2. For children weighing 15 to 23 kg, the dose is 45 mg per administration, twice daily.
3. For children weighing 23 to 40 kg, the dose is 60 mg per administration, twice daily.
4. For children weighing 40 kg or more, the dose is the same as for adults, which is 75 mg per administration, twice daily.
