Pulmonary tuberculosis is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It primarily affects the lungs, but may also involve other organs. Its typical symptoms include: long-lasting cough, usually dry or accompanied by small amounts of mucous sputum; as the disease progresses, the sputum may become blood-tinged or purulent; low-grade fever occurring in the afternoon or evening, with body temperature generally between 37–38°C, returning to normal by the next morning, exhibiting the characteristic pattern of "feverish night sweats";明显夜间或午后盗汗,即睡眠中不自觉出汗,醒后汗止;患者常感全身乏力,体重逐渐减轻,出现消瘦、食欲不振等全身症状;部分患者还可能伴有胸痛、呼吸困难及女性月经不调等。 肺结核的症状多样,且易与其他呼吸道疾病混淆,如有上述症状应及时就医检查确诊。
