Right eyelid twitching, medically known as eyelid spasm, is usually caused by involuntary muscle contractions. It is typically temporary and may be associated with fatigue, stress, lack of sleep, or excessive caffeine intake. Mild eyelid twitching usually does not require special treatment; adequate rest, maintaining good sleep habits, reducing caffeine consumption, and eye massage may help alleviate symptoms.
