It may be due to work-related factors that have led to the appearance of melasma on my face, which I find very unattractive. Therefore, I would like to learn about methods for managing melasma.

The regulation methods for melasma mainly include the following aspects:
1. Adjust lifestyle: Plan作息 time reasonably, avoid staying up late, reduce the use of electronic products, and appropriately increase physical exercise to promote body metabolism, which helps fade melasma.
2. Dietary regulation: Eat more foods rich in vitamin C and vitamin E, such as kiwi fruit, apples, dragon fruit, spinach, celery, etc. These foods help inhibit melanin synthesis, promote skin metabolism, and have antioxidant effects to fade spots.
3. Sunscreen and radiation protection: Ultraviolet radiation is one of the key factors in the formation of melasma; therefore, sun protection is crucial. When outdoors, physical sun protection measures should be used, such as wearing hats, masks, and using umbrellas, along with applying suitable sunscreen. At the same time, exposure to ionizing radiation should also be minimized.
4. Medication regulation: For patients with more severe melasma, medication treatment can be used under a doctor's guidance, such as topical application of tretinoin cream, 3% arbutin cream, or oral administration of vitamin C, vitamin E, and other medications to inhibit melanin synthesis and promote skin metabolism.
