How is hepatic lymphoma treated?
Disease description:
I have been experiencing body pain and discomfort. After examination, I was diagnosed with liver lymphoma. I would like to know, what is the best way to treat liver lymphoma?

The treatment of hepatic lymphoma should be tailored to the individual patient's condition, and mainly includes the following approaches:
1. Radiation therapy: Applicable for patients with early-stage lymphoma, it can be used alone or as consolidation treatment after chemotherapy, or as an adjunct during transplantation.
2. Chemotherapy: Combination chemotherapy is commonly used, often incorporating targeted therapeutic agents and biologic preparations to enhance treatment efficacy.
3. Bone marrow transplantation: Primarily autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is used for intermediate- to high-risk patients under 60 years old who can tolerate high-dose chemotherapy.
4. Surgical treatment: Mainly used for biopsy or management of complications, such as splenectomy for hypersplenism, to improve blood parameters and create favorable conditions for chemotherapy.
