Male testicular pain may have various causes, including but not limited to the following conditions: 1. Epididymitis or orchitis: Caused by bacterial infection, it may lead to swelling, redness, heat, and severe pain, often accompanied by urinary tract symptoms such as painful or frequent urination. 2. Testicular torsion: This is an emergency condition in which the testicular blood vessels twist, blocking blood supply and causing severe pain, possibly accompanied by nausea and vomiting. 3. Varicocele: Venous dilation causes discomfort or pain in the testicular area, typically presenting as a persistent dull ache. 4. Injury or trauma: Sports-related or accidental impacts may cause temporary pain. 5. Stones or cysts: Such as stones in the prostate or seminal vesicles, or cysts within the testicles, which may cause discomfort. Please note that if testicular pain occurs, especially if it is severe, persistent, or accompanied by other symptoms, immediate medical attention should be sought.
