"Small three positives" refers to a condition after hepatitis B virus infection, indicating the test results of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), hepatitis B e antibody (HBeAb), and hepatitis B core antibody (HBcAb) in the blood. Typically, hepatitis B is mainly transmitted through blood, sexual contact, or mother-to-child transmission, rather than through daily contact such as sharing eating utensils.

The main transmission routes of hepatitis B are blood transmission, vertical mother-to-child transmission, and sexual contact transmission. The digestive tract is not a transmission route for hepatitis B. Therefore, in routine daily activities, such as sharing meals, talking, hugging, or shaking hands, hepatitis B will not be transmitted.

To prevent hepatitis B, uninfected individuals should receive the hepatitis B vaccine, which is the most effective protective measure. If there is concern about exposure to an individual with "small three positives," it is advisable to seek medical attention promptly.
