Early signs of inguinal lymphoma may include the following:
1. Swollen lymph nodes: The most common symptom is the presence of one or more painless, enlarged lymph nodes in the groin area. These lymph nodes may gradually increase in size and typically feel firm and smooth upon touch.
2. Persistent fatigue: A continual feeling of fatigue without a clear cause, which does not improve with adequate rest.
3. Weight loss: Unexplained weight loss without significant changes in diet or eating habits.
4. Night sweats: Particularly excessive night sweats that can soak through bed sheets and clothing.
If any of the above symptoms occur, especially swollen lymph nodes, prompt medical attention is advised.
