In general, some types of T-cell lymphoma can be cured, although the probability is relatively low. T-cell lymphoma may be caused by a decline in immune function or prolonged exposure to toxic gases such as formaldehyde and paint, or it may result from viral infections. Typically, there are no specific symptoms, but after onset, some patients may experience manifestations such as lymph node enlargement, anemia, fever, and bleeding. The disease may also invade other organs, causing various discomforts. Treatment for T-cell lymphoma often involves medications like pralatrexate injection and methylprednisolone tablets, as directed by a physician, which can help inhibit disease progression, although they cannot directly achieve a cure.

If T-cell lymphoma is severe, medication alone may not be very effective. In such cases, surgical removal of the lymphoma can be considered. Following surgery, physical therapy or combination therapies may be used, which can potentially cure early-stage T-cell lymphoma. However, if the disease is diagnosed at an advanced stage, treatment may be more challenging.
