A body temperature consistently at 37°C is considered normal. From the perspective of normal body temperature ranges, whether measured under the armpit, in the mouth, or rectally, 37°C falls within the normal range. Specifically, the normal fluctuation range for axillary (underarm) temperature is 36°C to 37°C, oral temperature generally ranges between 36.3°C and 37.2°C, and rectal temperature typically falls between 36.5°C and 37.7°C. Therefore, a consistently maintained body temperature of 37°C is nothing to be overly concerned about. Human body temperature is relatively constant and does not fluctuate greatly within a single day. Although body temperature may be influenced and altered by various factors such as weather, room temperature, and emotional state, the overall range of fluctuation remains small. Hence, as long as the temperature remains within the normal range and no other discomfort or symptoms are present, no special treatment is necessary.
