The reasons why children often lose focus during class can generally be divided into physiological and pathological causes. Physiological causes: 1. If a child lacks interest in studying, finds the content taught by the teacher uninteresting or difficult to understand, he or she may feel bored and consequently lose focus. 2. Poor sleep at night can also be a factor. Inadequate sleep makes it difficult for children to concentrate on the teacher's lecture during daytime. Pathological causes: 1. Deficiency of trace elements, especially zinc. Children lacking in zinc may exhibit symptoms such as inattention, memory loss, hyperactivity, slow response, and poor learning ability. 2. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children. Children with ADHD often show symptoms of inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity during class.
