Early symptoms of kidney failure
Disease description:
Recently diagnosed with nephritis, I've been taking medication. I have a question: What are the early symptoms of kidney failure?

Early symptoms of kidney failure may not be obvious, but as the condition progresses, the following signs may appear:
1. Changes in urine output: In the early stages, urine volume may increase, while in later stages it may decrease or even stop completely.
2. Edema: Decreased kidney function in excreting water may lead to swelling in the hands, feet, or face.
3. Fatigue: The body's inability to effectively process waste products may cause general weakness.
4. Hypertension: Impaired kidney function can lead to sodium and water retention in the body, causing elevated blood pressure.
5. Gastrointestinal symptoms: Such as nausea, vomiting, and decreased appetite.
6. Increased nocturnal urination: Normal individuals typically produce less urine at night, but frequent nighttime urination may occur in kidney failure.
7. Blood abnormalities: Such as anemia, due to decreased production of erythropoietin by the kidneys.
8. Bone problems: The kidneys are involved in activating vitamin D; kidney failure may lead to weakened bones.
If these symptoms appear, prompt medical attention is advised to check kidney function.
