Prostatic multiple calculi is a pathological condition referring to the presence of multiple solid calcifications within the prostate tissue. These stones are typically formed due to obstruction of the prostatic ducts, leading to deposition of calcium salts.

The formation of prostatic calculi may be related to factors such as urine reflux, changes in the composition of prostatic fluid, and chronic inflammation. In most cases, prostatic calculi do not cause obvious symptoms, and many individuals may remain unaware of their condition throughout their lives. When accompanied by prostatitis or urinary tract infection, symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, difficulty in urination, and perineal discomfort may occur.

Asymptomatic multiple prostatic calculi generally do not require specific treatment and can be managed with regular observation. If symptoms are present or if the calculi lead to urinary tract obstruction or infection, treatment options such as medication, physical therapy, or even surgery should be selected according to the specific situation.
