When dealing with pimples on the face, it is important first to identify the type and cause of the pimples, such as common acne or comedones. The following treatment suggestions are recommended:

1. Dietary adjustment: Reduce intake of high-sugar and high-fat foods, consume more vegetables and fruits, and ensure adequate intake of vitamins and fiber, which can help improve skin condition.

2. Cleansing and skincare: Keep the face clean by using mild, non-irritating cleansers with water around 23°C. Cleanse the face 2-3 times daily, avoiding over-cleansing or using products that are harsh or irritating.

3. Avoid squeezing: Never squeeze pimples manually, as this may worsen inflammation or leave scars. Choose skincare products suitable for your skin type and avoid using overly oily or irritating products.

4. Lifestyle habits: Ensure sufficient sleep and avoid staying up late; reduce stress through activities such as exercise or meditation; quit smoking and limit alcohol consumption, all of which help regulate the endocrine system and reduce pimple formation.

5. Medication: For moderate to severe acne, topical or oral antibiotics, retinoic acid medications, and others may be considered. However, these should be used under a doctor's guidance to avoid side effects from self-medication.

If the pimple condition is severe or persists for a prolonged period, prompt medical consultation is recommended.
