How should individuals with tachycardia exercise?
Previously, I was diagnosed with a slightly rapid heart rate, and I was told not to engage in overly strenuous exercise. May I ask, how should someone with a fast heart rate exercise?

For patients with tachycardia, especially those diagnosed with sinus tachycardia, arrhythmia, or similar conditions, physical exercise must strictly follow the principle of "safety first, progressing gradually."
These patients should avoid intense or high-intensity forms of exercise to prevent further burdening the heart. Low- to moderate-intensity aerobic exercises such as brisk walking, jogging, swimming, or cycling are recommended, as these activities can effectively reduce stress on the heart while promoting improved cardiovascular function.
Prior to each exercise session, adequate warm-up exercises are essential, and wearing comfortable, safe athletic shoes is necessary to minimize the risk of injury. During exercise, closely monitor heart rate changes. It is recommended to maintain the heart rate within the target zone (typically 50%-80% of maximum heart rate) to ensure both effectiveness and safety of the exercise.
If any discomfort occurs during exercise, such as chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, or other symptoms, exercise should be stopped immediately, and medical attention should be sought promptly.
