Can Kaisailu remove spots and wrinkles from the face?
Right now, there are some yellowish-brown spots on my face, fine lines around the eyes, and my skin also appears somewhat dull. Can Kaisailu (a Chinese herbal medicine) remove the facial spots and wrinkles? Can it improve my skin condition?

Rectal suppositories are not suitable for facial skin care, nor can they be used to remove spots or wrinkles on the face. Rectal suppositories are primarily used to relieve constipation; their main ingredients are glycerin or sorbitol, which work by softening the stool and stimulating intestinal motility.
Causes of spots and wrinkles include ultraviolet radiation, natural aging, genetics, and lifestyle habits. Specialized skin care products and methods should be used, such as skincare products containing antioxidants, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, and regular skin examinations.
Although the glycerin in rectal suppositories has some moisturizing effect and can improve dry skin, this does not mean that it can remove facial spots. Spots are usually caused by the accumulation of pigments in the lower layers of the skin and require specialized treatments to be effectively removed.
Rectal suppositories are also ineffective in removing facial wrinkles. Wrinkles are a natural sign of skin aging, caused by damage to elastic fibers and loss of collagen in the skin. Rectal suppositories cannot repair these damaged fibers or replenish collagen.
Using rectal suppositories on the face cannot achieve the desired effect and may cause skin allergies, irritation, and damage; therefore, it is not recommended.
