When I breastfeed my daughter, I always feel that my milk supply is insufficient. Recently, I've decided to wean her off breast milk and would like to ask, what foods can help stop lactation quickly and effectively?
Foods that help with milk regression:
1. Oats: Oats are rich in minerals such as iron, zinc, and magnesium, as well as B vitamins, which positively support milk production. Oats can be incorporated into breakfast, such as oatmeal or cereal.
