Early stage of the femoral head usually refers to the early phase of avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Common treatment methods during the early stage include:

1. Rest and reduced weight-bearing: Patients should尽量 avoid weight-bearing on the affected hip joint and reduce walking and standing time to alleviate pressure on the femoral head. Walking aids such as crutches may be used.

2. Physical therapy: Includes local treatments such as microwave and far-infrared radiation to promote local blood circulation and improve symptoms of femoral head lesions. At the same time, exercises to strengthen the muscles around the hip joint, such as attaching sandbags to the lower legs and performing active hip flexion and extension movements, can enhance muscle strength and improve hip joint stability.

3. Medication: Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as celecoxib and meloxicam can be taken orally to control joint pain and inflammation.

4. Decompression therapy: Includes bone marrow stimulation techniques, where drilling into the femoral head increases blood flow and promotes the growth of new bone tissue.

5. Biological therapy: Such as stem cell therapy or platelet-rich plasma injections, which utilize the body's own repair mechanisms to promote regeneration of the femoral head.

6. Lifestyle modifications: Quitting smoking, limiting alcohol consumption, and controlling body weight can all help reduce pressure on the femoral head.
