What are the symptoms of a neurological headache?
Recently, I have been getting angry easily, feeling moody, and experiencing insomnia at night, with intermittent discomfort. I was diagnosed with a neurological headache. Therefore, what are the symptoms of a neurological headache?

The pain of tension-type headache varies in nature and can manifest as dull pain, distending pain, a sensation of pressure, tightness, numbness, or stabbing or electric shock-like pain. This type of pain is usually not accompanied by associated symptoms such as nausea or vomiting.
Most patients experience additional symptoms including dizziness, irritability, anxiety, palpitations, shortness of breath, fear, tinnitus, insomnia with vivid dreams, lumbago, back pain, and neck stiffness. These symptoms may be related to the patient's emotional state, sleep quality, and work-related stress.
Episodes of tension-type headache may be triggered by significant mental stress, physical overexertion, irregular or inappropriate eating habits, and excessive caffeine intake. Additionally, exposure to extreme cold or heat, excessive熬夜 (staying up late), and high levels of psychological stress can also exacerbate the headache.
