Common symptoms of poor kidney function:

1. Edema: Declining kidney function may lead to imbalances in the metabolism of water and salt in the body, causing edema in the eyelids, ankles, or throughout the body.

2. Changes in urine output: This includes reduced urine output, increased nighttime urination, or abnormal urine color, such as dark-colored or bloody urine.

3. Hypertension: The kidneys affect blood pressure by regulating the balance of sodium and water in the body. Poor kidney function is often accompanied by high blood pressure.

4. General symptoms: Patients may experience fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting, constipation, dizziness, tinnitus, memory loss, cold intolerance, cold limbs, and some male patients may experience sexual dysfunction.

5. Discomfort in the lower back: Often表现为 as soreness or pain in the lower back or waist and knees.

6. Anemia: When the kidneys secrete less erythropoietin, it can affect hemoglobin production, leading to anemia.

If the above symptoms occur, prompt medical attention is advised.
