Wenxin Granules are a type of traditional Chinese medicine that have functions of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and benefiting Qi while nourishing Yin. They are primarily used to treat symptoms such as palpitations, shortness of breath, fatigue, chest tightness, and chest pain caused by Qi-Yin deficiency and obstruction of the heart meridians. If a rapid heartbeat is caused by Qi-Yin deficiency and blockage of the heart meridians, taking Wenxin Granules may help alleviate these symptoms and thereby improve sleep.
However, a rapid heartbeat may be caused by various factors, such as blood pressure issues, autonomic nervous system dysfunction, emotional tension, anxiety, endocrine or metabolic diseases, and cardiac diseases.
