The following are some foods that should not be consumed with sea stars:

1. Fruits rich in tannic acid: such as persimmons, pomegranates, and hawthorns. Tannic acid can combine with proteins in sea stars to form substances that are difficult to digest, potentially causing indigestion, abdominal pain, and other symptoms.

2. Cold-natured foods: Sea stars themselves are cold in nature. Consuming them together with other cold-natured foods such as watermelon, bitter melon, and cucumber may intensify internal coldness, which is harmful to individuals with weak spleen and stomach function, and may cause diarrhea or abdominal discomfort.

3. High-calcium foods: such as dairy products like milk and cheese. Sea stars contain relatively high levels of salt and certain minerals; consuming them together with high-calcium foods may increase the burden on the kidneys, especially for individuals with impaired kidney function.

4. Alcohol: Consuming sea stars while drinking alcohol may not only increase the burden on the liver but also cause gastrointestinal discomfort or even trigger allergic reactions due to alcohol's irritating effects.

In addition, it is also advisable to avoid consuming raw or cold foods such as ice cubes together with sea stars, to prevent intensifying internal coldness and irritating the gastrointestinal tract.
