How Can Babies Boost Their Immunity?
My baby gets sick very easily. I would like to ask the doctor, how can my baby improve his/her immunity?
To improve your baby's immunity, you can focus on the following aspects:
1. Balanced diet: Ensure your baby receives adequate nutrition by consuming foods rich in vitamins and minerals, such as fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and high-quality proteins.
2. Appropriate physical activity: Develop a reasonable outdoor activity plan according to your baby's age. Outdoor activities not only help strengthen resistance but also promote vitamin D production, which strengthens bones.
3. Good daily routine: Feed your baby on schedule, approximately every 3 hours, for a total of 4–5 feedings per day. Additionally, maintaining a regular routine and ensuring sufficient sleep can also help enhance immunity.
4. Maintain hygiene: Regular handwashing and personal hygiene practices can reduce the risk of bacterial infections.
5. Vaccination: Complete the child's scheduled immunizations on time, as this is an effective way to prevent diseases and boost immunity.
6. Reduce stress: Create a relaxed and pleasant environment for your baby's development, avoiding prolonged periods of stress.
7. Probiotic supplementation: Supplementing with an appropriate amount of probiotics can help maintain intestinal health, as the gut is the body's largest immune organ.
