Recently, I have been experiencing leg soreness and weakness at night while sleeping, which severely affects my sleep. During the day, I also feel that my legs are weak and have no strength, making walking difficult. I wonder what's causing this? Is it due to a lack of certain nutrients in my body?

Feeling soreness and discomfort in both legs during sleep may be caused by various factors. The following are some common reasons:
1. Prolonged standing or sitting: If you maintain the same posture for extended periods during the day, such as standing or sitting while working, leg muscles may become fatigued and sore due to lack of movement.

6. Circulatory problems: Conditions such as varicose veins or venous thrombosis may also cause discomfort and weakness in the legs during sleep.
