In women, HPV can cause rashes, and I have them on both of my feet. This is also considered one of its manifestations.
Recently, I noticed red rashes appearing on both of my feet and am concerned that this might be one of the symptoms of HPV infection. I would like to understand how HPV infection can manifest in women and whether these rashes could be related to HPV.

HPV infection may cause lesions on the skin and mucous membranes. Generally, in the early stages, HPV infection may manifest as small red spots or papules appearing on various parts of the body. These symptoms might be caused by conditions such as flat warts, common warts, or plantar warts. However, lesions caused by HPV infection on the skin usually have certain specificity, such as genital warts, and are often accompanied by other related symptoms, such as rashes around the genital area, increased vaginal discharge, and vulvar itching. A rash appearing on both feet may be related to HPV infection, but it could also be caused by other factors, such as allergic dermatitis, insect bite dermatitis, or dyshidrotic eczema.
It is recommended that patients seek timely medical attention for professional gynecological examinations and relevant laboratory tests to determine the exact cause of the rash.
